Instructions for speakers

The speakers are requested to copy their presentations on the computer (PC) provided by the conference as soon as possible and in any case before the start of their session. 
Original formats that will be supported are Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF. Presentation lengths with questions included are 45 mn for tutorials, 30 mn for invited talks and 15 mn for contributed talks. For a smooth proceeding of the conference, we kindly ask the speakers to stay within the allocated times.

Instructions for poster presenters

Poster size can be as large as A0, vertically oriented. Please check your poster number, which will indicate where your poster should be attached. You can put up your poster at your earliest convenience on the day of your session. It should be removed after the session. Material to attach the posters will be available at the registration desk. The best poster prizes will be awarded during the conference dinner.
